Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Digital Products)
- In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (such as STL files for 3D printing models, or files for laser cutting designs).
- By placing an order for files for laser cutting designs or files STL, you expressly request and agree that the performance of the contract begins immediately after the payment is completed (e.g., by providing a download link or sending an automated email with access).
- You acknowledge that once the digital content is made available to you for download, you lose your right of withdrawal and forfeit any claims for a refund or exchange. All sales of digital products in this store are final.
